As an Associate within the Finance and Business Management team, you will support the Saudi Country Business Manager, General Managers, and Senior Country Officer in executing J.P. Morgan’s strategy across the MENA region. You will work closely with various lines of business and functional teams, providing analysis, reporting, and operational support to drive business growth. In this role, you will gain exposure to senior management, contribute to new business initiatives, and help shape the future of our franchise in the region. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies across all lines of business, supporting the integrated country strategy in partnership with LOB Heads, General Managers, and Senior Country OfficerCreate tailored presentations on franchise and country strategies to support decision-makingAssess key client performance and analyze country profitability to inform business strategyBuild and monitor the marketing budget, supporting marketing initiatives and event managementReview strategic opportunities to strengthen J.P. Morgan’s market position, prepare market analyses, and help implement infrastructure and support modelsArticulate business cases for new initiatives, coordinate integration efforts, and contribute to cross-regional projectsLiaise with Compliance, Audit, and regulatory authorities, assisting with audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation plansTrack and report P&L, expenses, and headcount for the MENA franchise, ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of financial and operational metricsPrepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items for the Local Management Committee; participate in governance forumsContribute to governance and risk management in partnership with risk, legal, compliance, OTS, and control teamsChampion J.P. Morgan’s business principles and foster a healthy, inclusive working environmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business management, finance, strategy, or consulting within financial servicesStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-regional environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong project management skillsSound understanding of risks, controls, and governance processesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in Global BankingFamiliarity with cross-regional project delivery and integration effortsExperience working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups Experience with financial analysis tools is a plus.
