Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) will be seeking experienced Business Management Professionals, at multiple levels, to assist with all business activities associated with several rapidly growing programs. We anticipate hiring in the following subsets of Business Management: Program Cost Control Analysts, Earned Value Analysts, Cost and Schedule Control Analysts, Program Scheduling analysts and Financial Analysts.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience, Master’s degree with 1 year experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years’ experience
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Minimum of 1 year of applied Earned Value Management experience
Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, V-Look up and conditional formatting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related area
2 or more years applied Earned Value Management experience
Professional Certifications in Earned Value Management or Project Management
Experience with Deltek Cobra or MPM
Experience with common scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Empower and/or Open Plan (OPP)

Standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. These roles may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
