Experience in Human Resources or Services/Global Business Services ways of working including ability to manage global transitions and change in a global organization. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. Excellent project management experience across process and technology Ability to apply lessons learned from previous similar projects to proactively identify and manage risk. Excellent analytical & scorecard skills with the ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders with data analysis.Purpose:

Scope:
This role works collaboratively with Global Business Services and HR Professional in a matrixed
environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop & manage project plans integrated to aligned functional goals and priorities of People Operations in Global Business Services Define responsibility & accountability within project for successful delivery. Manage relationship with stakeholders for requirements, planning, decisions, and timelines. Works in partnership with the management team for implementation of programs and monitoring effectiveness across multiple geographies. Build & run governance cadences addressing risks, issues, delays etc. Ensure delivery the project within timelines & budget, ensuring quality fulfilment of desired quality. Develop and maintain executive reporting and management dashboards Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and post project evaluations.#LI-SS1
