Responsibilities

Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure efficient operations of CEO Office:

Support Chief of Staff in entity level business management and analysis;Assist in management of key corporate governance committees and forums;Prepare materials for senior management and regulatory meetings and reporting;Assist in the budget planning, provide Management Information on KPIs;Participate in critical cross businesses and functions initiatives.

Master Degree holder preferably with MBA degree; 5 years financial service industry experience, preferably previous business management experience in China onshore Securities companies; Solid knowledge in Investment Banking and Markets businesses, adapt to changes and quick learner of new businesses; Mature in communication and coordination; Strong written and spoken language capability in English and Chinese.
