Job Description:
As a Manager, you will join our Business team and work in direct collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders of our worldwide subsidiaries. Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to approach different industries. As a true "entrepreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:
- Defining your Business Unit development strategy, services to offer, and monitor its KPIs
- Drafting a structured technical and financial business proposal and negotiating fees
- Development of relationships with partners (major multinational accounts)
- Maintaining an outstanding relationship with Key Accounts
- Recruitment and management of your team of consultants
- Monitoring of project progress and team development
- Planning regular project reviews and follow-up meetings, and ensuring project reports are delivered timely
- Financial management of your profit center

Profile Requirements:
- You have graduated with a Master's degree from either a Business School or an Engineering School;
- You are interested in developing Technology solutions in one of the following fields: Automotive/ Life Sciences/ IT/ Telecom/ Engineering;
- You had 3+ years of experiences in business development responsibilities, previous experience related to recruitment is highly appreciated;
- You have strong entrepreneurial spirit, conviction and leadership, with excellent communication skills;
- You have good sense and ability to identify talents, and capacities to adapt to local economy;
- You speak fluent English and Chinese.

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
