Business Manager
**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE** + Partner with key distributors, develop new opportunities, implement sales and marketing strategies and manage day-to-day business activities to achieve established revenue goals within the assigned territory. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** + Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and KOLs + Prospect new business, generate leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel + Support contract negotiation and onboarding process for new distributors + Support proposal and bid preparation + Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet established financial goals + Support stock replenishment activities and demand planning + Liaise with Customer Care team to monitor and track delivery of customers’ orders + Track and report sales calls and opportunities using SFDC + Provide customers support through email, phone, virtual and in person meetings + Liaise between the customer and internal teams + Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders and KOLs + Prospect new business, generate leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel + Support contract negotiation and onboarding process for new distributors + Support proposal and bid preparation + Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet established financial goals + Support stock replenishment activities and demand planning + Liaise with Customer Care team to monitor and track delivery of customers’ orders + Track and report sales calls and opportunities using SFDC + Provide customers support through email, phone, virtual and in person meetings + Liaise between the customer and internal teams. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline in life sciences + 10+ years of sales experience preferably in medical device or pharma + Experience in B2B sales and distributor management in healthcare is desirable + Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills + Excellent verbal and written communications skills + Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
