Principal responsibilities

Relationship Establishment and Onboarding

- Partner Sourcing Support:
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs for third - party services or products. Assist in the identification and pre - screening of potential third - party partners, leveraging industry knowledge, market research, and professional networks.
- Provide input to the procurement team on the selection process, highlighting factors such as a vendor's reputation, past performance, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new third - party partners. This includes scheduling kick - off meetings, introducing relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all parties are clear on expectations, goals, and timelines.
- Facilitate the exchange of necessary information between the organization and the third - party, such as company policies, technical requirements, and security protocols.

Communication and Collaboration

- Regular Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned third - parties. Establish and maintain regular communication channels, including weekly or monthly calls, emails, and in - person meetings as needed.
