We need you as our new Business Manager/Senior Business Manager to manage the smooth and efficient transitions of our prominent headset category’s product portfolio. This is a role with significant management visibility, requiring you to be equally comfortable working with executive stakeholders and driving detailed operational processes of the product lifecycle.
Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join a small but key team, that is end-to-end commercially responsible for one of the largest business units at GN meeting strategic goals. _Your Key Responsibilities_ :
+ Manage all commercial aspects and coordination of product phase-in and phase-out plans, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product management to operationalize product launch and discontinuation plans, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
+ Act as the key point of contact between senior management and operational teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and accountable.
+ Support sales management teams in building customer and partner transition plans that align with the overall product lifecycle strategy.
+ Ensure meticulous follow-up on project status, problem-solving roadblocks, and escalating risks when necessary.
+ Conduct ad hoc commercial assessments to build sound business cases, focusing on feasibility and risk mitigation.
_What You Bring to the Role:_
To thrive in this role, we imagine you have a **strong commercial mindset,** and are an **inherently structured and skilled project manager, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you are adept in** **stakeholder management skills** and can support collaboration across all levels of the organization, working with both subject matter experts and executive stakeholders alike.

+ Have experience in roles such as sales operations or commercial excellence, business management, project management, or management consulting.
+ Can navigate both high-level strategic discussions and direct implementation, ensuring all teams are aligned and progress is on track.
+ Have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving pieces across different departments.
+ Are highly structured, anticipatory, and comfortable holding others accountable for deliverables.
+ Possess strategic, financial, and project management skills, with a history of organizing teams towards a common goal.
+ Possess commercial insights, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
+ Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in written and spoken English
