Additionally, it involves partnering with business leaders to support strategic priorities. **What you will do:** - Lead teams to deliver complex business integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement efforts to achieve desired outcomes. - Develop and communicate process/product specifications to relevant enterprise personnel. Gather the voice of the business and process partners, translating it into requirements to define the project's scope, establish metrics, and set targets. - Apply program and project management principles and techniques to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, communications, and risk throughout the project - Oversee the execution and development of team members supporting key strategic initiatives. - Provide leadership and coordinate the management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects and programs aligned with key strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with business partners using a disciplined project management approach. **Skills:** **Strategic Thinking** : Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. **Managing Multiple Priorities** : Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. **Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. **Planning: Tactical, Strategic:** Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan. Experience in project management and in financial analysis, costs, and product structures. **Influencing and Cross-Team Integration:** Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team. **Basic requirements:** Bachelor's degree.
