As a Business Manager in our Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide high-level responsiveness to ad-hoc requests and strategic projects. Your role will involve organizing complex information, creating compelling presentations, and managing key work streams. Join us to make a difference and drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen in Excel and PowerPoint.Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.Experience in Business Management or COO role.Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).Self-motivated and able to work independently.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong time management and prioritization skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with stakeholder management and driving agendas.Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.Experience in simplifying and improving business processes.Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.Experience in risk management and compliance frameworks.
