This position works out of our Israel location in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division.
As the Business Market Access Manager you will play a key role on developing and following up Market Access, Sales and Marketing business strategies to drive the company into its mid/long-term growth while working closely with the distributor team to effectively execute operations plan.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the Sales, Marketing and Market Access plan designed by the distributor in order to guarantee business goals achievementClose follow-up to Market Access activities that should be in place to achieve company objective regarding patient access to Abbott technologyAppraise the activities of Sales, Marketing and Market Access for the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives increased profit and market share through distributorsFollow up with annual reimbursement applications, evidence submission to ensure top clinical rankingExplore different reimbursement pathways and scenarios and propose engagement modelsPrepare different scenarios of financial offers to MOH aligned with distributor, ensuring internal approval on timeOrganize budget preparation, reports and forecasts to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and compliant with Abbott proceduresMonitor business performance, efficiency of the distributor ensuring all the procedures requiredMaintain necessary contact with major stakeholders, key customers & associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the DivisionEnsure compliance with all relevant Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements, policies and proceduresRequired Qualifications
Min. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business relatedPrevious experience in Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical MarketHebrew language - native, English – fluentMin. 10 years of experience of successful track record in similar rolesExperience in leading a diverse team of Sales and Marketing professionals and/or Distributors’ managementMarket Access/Sick Funds management - in country experience – is an advantageExperience in Reimbursement and Cash Pay pricing mixStrong presentation and communication skillsCritical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunitiesInterpersonal and management skillsTeam work & IntegrityApply Now
