Business Title: Business Marketing Manager - HPM

Job Summary:

The Business Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute the Go to Market approach for assigned portfolio, the associated products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches. S/he supports the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially around the Marketing enablers and metrics. The BMM also supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

MBA from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferredWork experience of 8+ yearsExperience of working in medical device industry (added advantage)Strong financial acumen along with PnL management skillsAbility to work in complex and ambiguous situationsAbility to work with functions towards a common goalAbility to work closely with sales and customers
