Business Marketing Manager OneGrooming Personal Health JAPAC
As the Category Lead, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Zone’s Go-To-Market approach of the Male Grooming portfolio, solutions and services, in alignment with the Districts/Country and the overall JAPAC strategy. Working closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader to ensure that deep consumer and category insights of the Zone are reflected in the strategy, a winning portfolio is created, and flawless new product introductions are enabled.
Your Role
Own and deliver portfolio (phase in / out), pruning, perfect NPI execution, recommended pricing & STTI levels, orchestrating the opportunities and contributing to the built of the Growth Region strategic portfolio and the handshake of PDLM & MLDsDeliver the business plan for the respective business in the Zone and acts as key interface to the Regional team and BU where needed, determining key enablers to win in the market.Work closely together with the community of local CMMs (District level) so to act as the voice of the consumer and customer for the Zone (focus on “how to win” for prioritized SOBs) based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer shopper, professional), incorporating key insights on Region and BU strategyLive and breathe the consumer journey and the category specific shopper insights, making sure the Execution of the Region and Zone strategy are well orchestrated.You're likely the right fit if you possess

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
