Business Office Assistant - Automotive
Our business has grown and we need someone who is energetic, helpful and flexible to handle a wide variety of tasks. This position assists the Title Clerk, Billing Clerk and Staff Accountant in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
Duties:
+ Review trade payoffs
+ Call for title status on payoffs
+ Process paperwork received from tax office
+ All outgoing FedEx packages
+ Reconcile lien payoff schedule, tax, title and license schedule
+ Verify deal documents and send out contracts
+ Filing and Scanning
+ Cross train with other accounting office positions such as Title Clerk and Billing Clerk
Qualifications:
+ Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
+ Attention to detail, able to review documents and files for accuracy
+ Business math skills
+ Personable and able to communicate effectively
+ Excellent Driving Record - must be insurable through our carrier.
