Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Finance Director, where you will play an essential role in managing and overseeing various accounting functions and budget processes within our operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently and accurately • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial processes and reporting • Leverage ADP - Financial Services and Concur to facilitate financial management • Use CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to ensure financial stability • Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters in a timely manner • Work closely with the VP/Director of Finance to strategize and implement financial policies. Requirements • Proficient in managing comprehensive Accounting Functions. • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP). • Proven ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget. • Experience in Auditing and related procedures. • Familiarity with various Budget Processes and their implementation.
