Work Environment: Operates in clinic, Monday-Friday, Hours 8-5/6pm, (2) locations – Airport/Midtown
Qualified CandidatesHighschool Diploma or equivalent3 years of experience in a business environment with knowledge of practices and policies 3 years of experience in planning, organizing and implementing program administrative or business financial functionsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelors degreeExperience in a patient care business environment Staff supervisory experienceResponsibilitiesOversees and manages the day-to-day operations Ensures optimal care of patients and directs relevant staff to meet the business needsWorks with the medical director to execute the strategic vision and policies set forthHelps to manage and oversee the departmental budgetResponsible for financial reporting and develops strategies to maximize revenue and control costsStreamlines administrative processes and optimizes workflow efficiencyImplements technology solutions to enhance productivity Oversees inventory of supplies and office equipment and processes purchase ordersAssist medical director with recruitment, coaching, training, and discipline of clinical staffEnsures departmental compliance with labor laws and fosters a positive work cultureResponds to staff issues and concernsOptimizes and supervises scheduling and patient flowAddresses clinical concerns or complaints and provides customer service to client companiesCompetencies Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalismThe ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policiesWillingness to learn and improve; is positively responsive to feedback Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompetency in using an electronic medical record.Effectively practices teamwork, respect for coworkers and supervisors, good attendance and punctuality.
