Business Operation Program Manager, Existing Seller Management, Global Selling

Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Business Operation Program Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, providing critical support to craft Seller profiles by segment and develop tailored solution packages, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop mechanisms to improve Seller Profiling efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated data analysis skills with business acumen and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of supporting process improvement, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.

Key job responsibilities
Establish ESM Seller Profiling mechanisms, accumulate in-depth Seller learning under each profile and generate business insights to help Sellers grow.
Develop scientific modelling to identify effective Seller profiles and describe typical Seller persona leveraging various metrics, testing & learning Seller behavior for each persona, and providing solutions to improve end-to-end Seller experience.
Design & conduct Seller profiling analysis leveraging existing tools/modelling, and develop tracking dashboards for each profile.
Routine Seller profile insights generation and provide guidance to account management team to help generate actionable next steps, and improve account management efficiency.
Co-work with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution
Structures work flow across the team to effectively implement each workstream & related operational activities
