The Member Engagement and Support team is a client facing group providing support services to members of TU. The team is responsible for answering member’s enquiries, handling feedback, and addressing complaints. This role is responsible for providing backend support with regards to member engagement, assisting team with the handling and addressing of member enquiries, performing system record checking, and various task as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications3 years of experience in banking/finance industry is preferableGood operation risk awarenessGood interpersonal and communication skillsA team player enthusiastic, creative, confident, and strong sense of subject matter ownerExcellent in MS Word and Excel ProcessingProficiency in Salesforce / Credit Data Smart (CDS) will be an absolute advantageExperience as a project leader in small-to-medium scale projects will be an advantageFluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

Impact You'll Make:

Responsible for internal projects including project /systems implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering in various internal operations areasManage all project documentations and data for audit purposeParticipate in User Acceptance Testing and well document the test result for sign off purposeAct as a first line support of member’s enquiries and ensure responsive problem solvingProvide support and assist the Operations team on daily jobs/ordersPerform general ledger and system record checking/ reconciliationProactively learn and grasp latest job knowledge to facilitate daily operation needsCarry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned
