Business Operation Specialist

**Introduction**
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with a strong understanding of finance principles to collaborate with our IT team, perform in depth data analytics and contribute to operational efficiency .This role will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, analysing data for actionable insights, and supporting financial and operational decision-making.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Data Analytics & Reporting:
* Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights using analytical tools.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and financial decisions.
* Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
* Collaboration with IT Team:
* Coordinate with IT specialists to implement and enhance data systems, workflows, and reporting tools as a business analyst,
* Assist in automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
* Operational Support:
* Analyze and optimize current operational processes to enhance productivity.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
* Develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational workflows.
* Project Management:
* Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams.
* Track project progress, manage risks, and report updates to leadership.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Qualifications:
* Education: MBA in Operations/Finance with relevant bachelors in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related field.
* Experience:
* Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with IT systems and prior experience in IT consulting is preferred.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic understanding of financial principles and processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
