Business Operational Analyst (Dutch speaker)

Company Description

We are currently looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic, and service-minded person. 

You report to the Business Operations Manager and liaise with different internal parties like: AbbVie Logistics planners, Business Finance Managers, Account managers, Quality Assurance, contracting desk and other departments. Support all brands within The Netherlands.

Your Core job responsibilities: primary activities but not limited to:

Creating, analyzing, and maintaining reportsProviding insights based on market trends and internal data.Identifying opportunities and suggesting methods to enhance Order To Cash processesInvolved in launches of new medicines (from an OTC perspective).Team member in different projectsMaintain Customer Master Data and initiate pricing condition set-up in SAP system.Contact customers by phone and mail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2- years’ experience in commercial/sales functionPreferable experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.Excellent communication and relationship skills to connect with all levels of the organization and customers. Fluent level of Dutch and English is a must.Knowledge of SAP preferable; good knowledge of ExcelAbility to operate independently and to work in cross-functional teams.Result oriented, dynamic, self-demanding, pro-active.Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.Reliable, assertive, and enthusiastic Fluent level of Dutch and English both written and spoken

The offer:

Part-time possibilities; 80%-100%.  Hybrid model based in Hoofddorp (3 days on site). The AbbVie Finance team is International and Business orientated with a “navigator” role for the Brands. All the therapeutic areas; immunology, oncology, neuroscience, eye care, virology, and gastroenterology are serviced by the team. Development: Eager to learn as there will be training on -the-job; learning from Experiences, Relationships and Training to develop yourself.
