Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our Deployment Solutions team in daily administrative activities, internal and external communications, and data entry. Bring your organisational and innovative insights to the broader team to identify areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business administrative needs across multiple projectsMaintain and manage team relationships to proactively support upcoming prioritiesProvide educational support on project specific administrative toolsLiaises internally and externally with project set up requirements including recruitment and HRSS for hires and contracts, Operations for onboarding including all IT and mobile equipment, fleet for cars, and finance for business expenses credit cardsSupports any training requirements for the DS Field deployed organization such as scheduling, checking attendance, and following up outstanding training of SOPs

Requirements:

Business administrative degree or equivalent experienceProficient knowledge and working experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)Previous experience in a business administrative role within a matrix and international organization is preferablePrevious experience in CSO business or in Pharmaceutical/Medical device company is preferableFluent in EnglishGerman speaking and written knowledge would be highly desirable
