This team is the vital link between our business objectives and the various business units we serve by eliciting internal customer feedback and requirements surrounding system and process improvements.


 About the Role

Our ideal candidate can coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information, which will be used to improve systems and processes.

The role provides support to operational business partners in Operations, Technology, Finance, and other business stakeholders. While developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving configurations and processes within their respective Order to Cash systems and workflows. This position will be more Business Analyst focused, with some project management tasks. The role can be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA , Boca Raton, FL, or UK.

Responsibilities

Partnering and leading various meetings with multi-department stakeholders to gather business requirement and detailed specifications to develop Epics, User Stories, Requirements.

Developing business process documentation and supporting various new initiatives such as business requirements document, process flows diagrams, gap analysis documentation, user acceptance testing criteria and scripts, and data analysis.

Communicating and working with Technology to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Providing project management and coordination for small size projects. Ensure overall project plan effectiveness, address any significant fluctuations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Creating and executing test plans (both manual and automated) based on business requirements.

Ensuring ownership and accountability of project deliverables.

Requirements

Have solid documentation and use case writing skills, verbal and written communication with ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Have knowledge with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), JIRA, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and other documentation and tracking tools

Should have knowledge of agile delivery models, waterfall process, etc.

Have interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, and influencing effectively with peers.

Able to identify problems and all relevant issues, assesses using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

Able to own projects, deliver against a roadmap, making decisions and recommendations based on data.

Able to collaborate with the team to adopt and adapt process improvements identified

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment, adhering to project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
