We are seeking a Portfolio Business Operations Analyst to turn complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will analyze business problems, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations while creating dashboards and reports that empower leaders to make informed choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business drivers.
Develop forecasts, strategies, and tactical plans based on data insights.
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and provide consultative, data-driven guidance.
Support decision-making by generating datasets and reports using system tools.
Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Familiarity with predictive analytics or machine learning models.
Experience with cloud-based platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
