What can you expect?
As a Business Operations Analyst
You would be managing end to end order management and customer engagement for Greater Asia channel partners/customersDeliver enhanced partner/Customer experience on aspects of order processing. Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction scores related to OMEnsure proactive tracking and monitoring of order fulfilment issues, ensure appropriate fixes are in place and communicate to stakeholdersPeriodic review with business leaders, key partners on metrics, operational issues and improvement of key metricsStrong knowledge on reporting and analytics to draw attention to key insights and issuesYou would be the right fit if you have:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent understanding and 6+ years’ experience in order management processAdvanced written and verbal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDeep understanding of different Analytical tools and required process skillsExposure and good knowledge with OM , Supply chain and logistics functionsWorking Knowledge of End-to-End Order Management Process with In-Depth understanding of Metrics associatedFair Knowledge on L2C Process and the interventions involvedGood Presentation skills and knowledge of SharePoint are desiredExposure to any automation projects for process improvement desiredProven ability to independently drive projects working with various stakeholdersSome of the vast reward of working at HP:
