The PITCH This role is at the heart of driving seamless data management across top-tier project management tools (Workfront and ClickUp) to fuel the delivery of impactful, high-quality campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the charge in reporting excellence—all within a fast-paced, dynamic advertising environment! Here’s where you come in. Data Management & Tool Support + Maintain and update project cost estimates, budgeted and planned hours and other necessary project details within Project Management systems + Identify missing or inaccurate data entries and proactively coordinate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to resolve gaps. + Ensure accurate data migration from legacy Workfront to new ClickUp system as part of the global system transition exercise. Reporting & Analytics + Develop and deliver project/campaign budgeted revenue data reports by consolidating data from project management systems. + Support in tracking key project metrics, including budget status, resource utilization, and timelines. + Prepare ad hoc reports for senior management, focusing on KPIs, trends, and improvement areas. + Provide data-driven insights to support operational decision-making and improve project/campaign performance. Cross-functional Collaboration + Work closely with local and overseas Project Management team and other department such as Finance team, Client Partnerships Team, Resource Management, Operations and People Experience Team + Partner with Global teams during the data migration exercise to the new system ClickUp. Required Tool Proficiency + Project Management Systems: Adobe Workfront, ClickUp + Data & Reporting Tools: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau + Bonus: + Visualization Platforms: Google Looker Studio, Power BI + Data Warehouse: Familiarity with Snowflake or similar tools Your Experience + 2 - 4+ years of experience in data support, analytics + Preferably in the advertising industry or a creative agency environment with experience managing data around project/campaign fees, costs, resources etc. + Hands-on experience with project management systems and familiarity with the advertising workflow lifecycle. + Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and regions. + Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Adaptable and solution-oriented when faced with complex data challenges. + Prior experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. + Willingness to support new systems and tool rollouts, including training colleagues on new platforms.
