\nGeneral Profile
\nPerform routine tasks from a basic data processing and analysis level to a professional progression level. Provide the necessary support to enable the effective and efficient delivery of services and products required by Conduent businesses. Maintain constant and effective communication with operational teams to improve and transform businesses (Processes), optimize knowledge, skills, productivity, quality, and ensure compliance.
\nTechnical Knowledge
\nRequires a broad and comprehensive knowledge of different accounting and financial systems such as SAP, JDE, and other data processing and analysis tools like Tableau, Excel, and PBI, among others.
\nWork Experience and Professional Skills
\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in positions relevant to the role where knowledge of databases for accounts receivable, accounts payable, experience in global employee payrolls, solid knowledge in the preparation and presentation of Income Statements has been developed. Creation of Dashboards for data management, economics, finance, accounting, operations, or business. Preparation and construction of databases required by Internal Audit, External Audit.
\nAcademic Requirements
\nThe ideal candidate for the Analyst role should preferably have specialization studies in CPA from an accredited university or at least 2 years of verifiable work experience in a similar role.
\nLanguages
\nSpanish, and great communication skills in English.
