Job Description: Review policies, procedures, and functions to find areas of improvement. Analysts will be responsible for reviewing company data, build reports based on these findings and recommending programs to improve the company's performance metrics. Duties: - Track performance. - Create reports. - Collect and organize information from various sources. - Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas. - Examine data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it. - Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems. - Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem. - Write memos and reports for managers to look over the findings and recommendations. Scope: Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, inclusive of Excel, Power Point and Power BI. Must be able to create complexed formulas. Experience with SQL is a plus.
