Job responsibilities

Review and verify the accuracy of billing invoices and related documentationManage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicingReconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal teamsMaintain accurate records of all billing transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsCollaborate with the finance team to streamline billing procedures and improve efficiencyGenerate regular reports on billing activities and financial performanceAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 1 year of professional experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy
