What you’ll do 

The Business Operations & Analytics team is expanding rapidly to support Boundless growth goals and is looking for a strong leader to bring analytical rigor and practical business solutions to achieve those goals. This Business Operations & Analytics Manager, B2C Growth role will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product as key stakeholders to deliver insights that drive both Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads for our B2C business.

In this role, you will Lead the development of standard KPIs to support effectiveness and optimization for Marketing, Sales and Product teams Drive the improvement of our unit economics (Conversion Rate, LTV, CAC & ROI) through developing business cases, scoping high-impact initiatives, and executing against these initiatives Deliver analysis and commentary on the impact of marketing efforts on sales and lead generation Establish and manage executive and operational dashboards/reporting to inform decision-making Conduct campaign analysis, program optimization, customer segmentation, ROI analysis, product A/B testing, and predictive modeling  About you 5+ years of work experience in a finance, strategy, or analytics role  Self-starter with high energy level who is flexible and adaptable to change  Ability and willingness to stretch between rolling up sleeves when needed and driving bigger strategic initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective cross-functional collaborator Comfortable working with very large data sets and ensuring data quality High attention to detail Experience in analyzing and deriving actionable insights using a variety of data sets (conversion/funnel metrics, event tracking, marketing attribution) preferred Expertise with at least two of the standard analysis tools: Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Sigma, etc. Why work for Boundless?

Location

Seattle. 4 days/week in-office. 

Compensation

Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $122,000-$150,000.  Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
