Mondelez International is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our Amazon team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the strategic direction and operational excellence of the business.
How you will contribute
You will:
Analyze and interpret data: Conduct thorough analysis of key business metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Develop strategic recommendations: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving operational efficiency, driving growth, and achieving strategic objectives.
Support strategic planning: Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and scenario planning.
Project management: Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, technology implementation, or strategic initiatives.
Develop presentations and reports: Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through compelling presentations and written reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
What you will bring

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning key customers and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required
4 or more years of experience in a business analysis, consulting, strategy and/or Insights-related role is required.
3 or more years of CPG industry experience
Amazon experience is required
Ecommerce data analytics experience is required
Strong analytical and strategic skills
Strong Excel skills
The base salary range for this position is $87,600 to $120,525; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
