Responsibilities
The Business Operations associate will be responsible for analysis of certain key performance metrics within the Maintenance Service Product line for Service Attach and Renewals and working directly with GTM Ops management, service sales, and other internal groups to identify trends in the customer base. Proactively identify inaccurate data and causes in Install Base with ongoing process review and improvements to the Service Sales process and toolsets.
Key Tasks
Conduct analysis of unattached product maintenance service opportunities with the goal of identifying revenue recovery opportunities Utilize services business metrics reports and develop analysis to drive operational decision-making with an emphasis on maximizing services attach and renewal activity Participate with IT and business teams on service sales projects. Works closely with Services sales and quoting team Maintain sales pipeline and forecast hygiene. Assist with the definition of business requirements and use cases. Perform user acceptance testing of use cases. Review business KPIs for trends or gaps Data quality review and management
Job Requirements
4+ years of business experience preferably within an environment with Services and Subscription sales OR renewals OR contracts business processes. Understanding of Sales and MIS tools like Clari, Tableau applications Excel and PowerPoint skills Able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within and outside services. Ability to apply structured problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Operations Management
