Apple is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support Apple Information Security (AIS). This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of our dynamic security organization and take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels.You will not only drive the process by which all of this is done, you will be a key participant in defining and developing processes with an eye toward lowering administrative overhead and increasing efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and team. You will handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Description** Responsibilities Include: *Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (including international travel arrangements), and handle correspondence for senior leadership *Office Management: Oversee office space planning, manage facilities needs (including equipment and supplies), maintain printers, coordinate IT support, and handle building access *Financial Administration: Manage internal and external orders, reconcile costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies *Project Management: Support project initiatives, including planning, execution, and tracking *Cross-functional collaboration: Work with administrative teams across multiple locations to maintain consistency and coordinate activities *Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the ordering of equipment and supplies *Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of onsite events **Minimum Qualifications** + 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting senior-level management + Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across various business units + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proficiency in iWork (Numbers, Keynote, Pages), Microsoft Office Suite, Quip, Box, and other relevant software + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity + Self-starter who can function independently **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with work order management platforms + Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), Six Sigma, or similar operational frameworks + Ability to influence others with a calming presence, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and accurately + Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness + A proactive approach to problem-solving and a "big picture" perspective + AA or BS degree **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
