Job Summary:

As a member of the Clear Channel Airports team, the Business Operations Coordinator supports the execution and analysis of strategic initiatives that sustain and improve business operations and revenue generation. This Coordinator supports by assisting in the gathering and analysis of data with user-friendly reporting, system data auditing, the organization of project timelines, documentation and training materials, and testing new applications for functionality. The position will report to VP, Sales Operations, and supports VP, Ad Operations and Sales Management on specific projects and day-to-day activities, as assigned.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

Create and maintain regularly distributed reporting for Leadership & Sales Management on sales performance reporting, sales initiative productivity and other metrics, as needed.Support new AE onboarding setup within systems and assignmentsComplete inventory & Salesforce maintenance and data clean-up, with regular review for quality control.Organize and maintain various project meeting invites, timelines and meeting action items.Assist project/tech teams by managing communications, documenting needs and progress, ensure completion and performing testingCreate / maintain standard operating procedures / training materials for various systems and procedures.Other duties, as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Education and Experience

4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferred or a combination of relevant work and educational, military experience.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in supporting or collaborating with multiple teams.Experience in project management a plus.
