Your New Role…


The Coordinator, Business Operation, supports the Manager by managing data workflows, optimizing scheduling tools, and ensuring the accuracy of work order reconciliation in MediaPulse. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity, enhancing reporting capabilities, and providing operational support to production teams.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Work Order Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of work orders within MediaPulse, ensuring alignment between scheduling and financial data. Troubleshoot discrepancies, recommend adjustments, and document the reconciliation process.

Scheduling Tool Administration: Manage day-to-day operations within the scheduling system (MediaPulse) for over 400 personnel and 100+ facilities, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Coordinate technical updates with the Manager.

System & Process Improvement Assistance: Support the Manager in implementing system enhancements and process improvements. Participate in testing and validating system updates, document process changes, and assist users with onboarding to new features.

Technical Support & User Training: Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 support in MediaPulse and Qlik, providing troubleshooting and resolving user issues. Conduct training sessions on Qlik dashboards, scheduling tools, and new system features.

Qualifications Experiences…

2-4 years of experience in business operations, data management, or support.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user training.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Experience with large data, analytics tools, and/or visualization tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, computer science, or a related field.
