Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to streamline our supply chain operations and enhance our data management processes. This role is crucial in supporting our Operations team by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating supply-demand planning, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The position exists to bridge the gap between data analytics and operational execution, helping us make informed decisions and optimize our beverage solutions. 

The Impact you’ll makeSupply Chain Management\nPrepare and maintain supply-demand planning data\nResearch market status and provide direct reporting to Supply Demand Planner\nSupport inventory consumption tracking and expiration management\nData Operations\nConvert non-standardized customer data into defined formats\nMaintain databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy\nGenerate monthly reports using Google Workspace\nImplement algorithmic solutions for data analysis\nSystem Integration\nCoordinate between multiple systems to ensure data transparency\nExecute requirements from supply demand planner\nSupport operational process improvements\nConduct regular market research and status reporting\n
