Job Description

As a Business Operations Lead your role is to coordinate all the entities within your scope across EMEA, to ensure that strategic projects and initiatives are launched and running smoothly ,and to develop the relationship with a few key partners. 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 

Operational Excellence & Governance

Organize business unit governance meetings, including business reviews with Group’s executives and other stakeholders.Contribute to the strategic business planning and setting of OKRs on the group level.Define and track KPIs related to revenue, sales, certifications.Oversee related billing and invoicing operations.Animate meetings and workshops on strategic projects or initiatives.Drive and establish an efficient working model in the EMEA team.

Partnership Management

Develop and maintain the relationship with our main partners.Manage opportunity management, certifications, training and use cases development.Create and maintain sales performance dashboards on Salesforce.Coordinate executive meetings, business reviews

On a daily basis, you will be in contact with Vice Presidents and Business Unit directors located in more than 10 countries.

 

Qualifications1-3+ years of full-time professional experience in business operations, partner / program management, or a similar role.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus.
