As the Business Operations Lead or Intuit Israel, you will serve as a strategic partner and tactical advisor for the Site Leader and the Local Leadership Team. You will be responsible for crafting and monitoring the site's Annual Plan, ensuring it aligns with the site’s goals and objectives. You will also facilitate collaboration with the senior leadership team, track business metrics, and generate data insights to support informed decision-making.

You will provide project management support for key initiatives, and liaise with key stakeholders, both in Israel and abroad. This includes optimizing the budget based on site goals, and developing efficient local processes. Additionally, you will oversee and streamline site-wide initiatives and activities, ensuring the business continuity plan is robust and effective.
