Responsibilities: * In this role, the Business Operations Manager will interpret technical drawings and Statements of Work (SOWs) to define manufacturing processes for new products * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are manufacturable at the depot level * Serve as a technical liaison with customers, translating requirements into actionable plans * Lead or support new business development efforts, including proposal input, capability briefings, and customer engagement * The Business Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction
