Robyn Rosemon with Robert Half is in search for a Business Operations Manager to join her client's team. The role involves a range of responsibilities including retained search recruiting, HR support, basic bookkeeping tasks, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on retained searches which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality talent.
• Form and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring an understanding of their needs and delivering the best talent match.
• Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various sectors.
• Carry out comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural compatibility.
• Keep an updated database of candidates and monitor recruiting metrics to enhance outcomes.
• Provide support with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Act as a source of information for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Execute basic bookkeeping tasks with QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, tracking expenses, and producing financial reports.
• Guarantee timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and assist in payroll processing and related documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner while building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Business Operations Manager
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Careerbuilder
• Proven experience with CRM
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to use About Time
• Experience with Applicant Track System
• Proven skills in conducting Background Checks
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
• Experience in Cold Calling
