Drive planning, execution, and communication efforts related to fiscal year close and start; align with finance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.Sales Target Setting
Support the development and roll-out of sales targets by working with regional sales leaders, finance, and HR; ensure alignment with overall company goals and compensation design.Operational Excellence & Reporting
Build, maintain, and present dashboards and reports on business performance, key operational metrics, financial progress, and sales achievements to leadership teams.Value & Pricing Model Development
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in creating compelling business cases and ROI in collaboration with Product, Pricing, and Finance teams to demonstrate value and support AEs in delivering persuasive executive presentations for customers.Financial Analysis & Insights
Interpret financial data (e.g., bookings, billings, revenue, cost structures, margins) to assess business performance, support investment decisions, and drive accountability.Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure accurate data flow, process alignment, and operational consistency. Who are you? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred)5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or Strategic PlanningStrong understanding of financial concepts: P&L, targets, margins, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Experience with target setting and sales performance management systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex initiatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager 1 to join our Sales Operations Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be instrumental in coordinating key processes around the fiscal year transition, target setting, operational excellence reporting, and value or pricing model development. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial principles, P&L understanding, and can translate financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
