Your core mission will be to support the design and operationalization of key operations motions, unlocking improved execution at all levels. In this role, you will serve as the nexus between our strategy and our day-to day activities, collaborating with leaders, team members and priority partners inside and outside the organization to drive high levels of operational excellence into everything we do, in the pursuit of helping Cisco/Splunk win. You'll work with the Strategy, Planning & Operations (SP&O) Team and partner with a large ecosystem of key partners including but not limited to the O11y Senior Leadership Team, Chiefs of Staff, employees, as well as teams across Operations.Meet the Products and Technology TeamWant to build security and observability products people love AND work with people as smart (and humble) as you are? Your responsibilities will include:Identifying, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency across the organization.Leading and coordinating key cross-functional projects and initiatives, including planning, communicating and supervising an integrated view of key work across functionsSupporting deep execution of work across functional SMEs, ensuring Monthly Operations Reviews are timely and well-executed across key contributorsEnsuring adherence to pertinent Corporate and Operations timelines across the organizationDiagramming, evaluating and recommending areas for process improvement, providing alternative solutions to existing challenges in the businessIdentifying, documenting and communicating process changes to usersSupporting the design and execution of engagements with the Senior Leadership Team, including but not limited to Weekly Staff Meetings and Quarterly Offsites, positioning areas of focus, outlining key outcomes and bringing the requisite details to lifeMust-have QualificationsYou are a top-tier professional with a passion for operations and a curiosity about optimizing processes. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into actionable strategies. You are proficient in automation tools, SharePoint and other platforms. You have ability to lead and motivate indirect teams, handle cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.The basic qualifications for this role are:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning, Program Management, Process Improvement, Data Analysis and/or Change ManagementNice-to-have QualificationsWe’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. Base Pay Range: $[“Hiring Range: Non-Sales US1 Base Pay OR Sales US1 OTE”] per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $[“Hiring Range: Non-Sales US2 Base Pay OR Sales US OTE”] per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
