Leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with related functions for smooth / efficient execution. Optimizes business management process, conducts business analytics, drives smart transition to increase profitability Responsabilities: + Manage and track performance for the Multi Billion $ ISG + (infraestructur Solution Group) ESMB Organization. + Design and implement new BMS to monitor performance and align with organizational goals. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage key projects and initiatives. + Provide recommendations to improve Financial and Operational performance. + Drive the development of tools to optimize end to end business execution and performance tracking. + Identify and lead projects to reduce cost, minimize inventory and increase profitability. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in product/project management or software development. (or equivalent experience) + Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with back-end support processes. + Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions. + Effective communication skills with with cross-functional teams, + Solid project management, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills. + Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
