Job DescriptionResponsible for analyzing and interpreting multiple forms of data and presenting collected data in useful and visual formats. You will use various analytics strategies, data visualization tools, and reports to turn collected data into meaningful information that the business line will use to meet its organizational objectives. The incumbent will take initiative to investigate new data sources and systems access, identify internal contacts and subject matter experts, and explore underlying data to better understand how it represents business line processes. Provide quality assurance of existing and new data, working in conjunction with stakeholders as necessary. Develop reports and analytics, and manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources.
Responsible for defining and performing systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Identify information needs by analyzing existing systems and procedures and defining recommended technical and procedural improvements. Analyzes costs of existing operations and estimates cost savings to be achieved by implementing proposed changes; makes recommendations based on analysis. Participates in the modification of existing applications or development of new applications. Ensures all documentation and requests comply with established policies and procedures. Maintains applicable systems to monitor and track projects, plans and/or data; provides reports to management as needed. Develops communication tools to ensure a high level of awareness of plans and research/project results.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00 - $111,760.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
