This role will be responsible for supporting these 2 critical teams with efforts specifically focused on driving strategic transformation initiatives, Culture and engagement, portfolio management/benefits realization and successful support of all back office operational tasks. Responsibilities include: Enable Digital Fuel and C-TED organizations for the readiness of the future through pull through and embedment of transformation initiatives Work alongside the Regional D&T teams to coordinate quarterly portfolio reviews for key leadership meetings Facilitate and coordinate the Digital Fuel and CPAT leadership team meetings to ensure equal focus on Strategy, People and Operational topics Work alongside the VPs to manage critical topics and risks across their respective leadership teams and ensure they are properly managed Ensure clear, seamless and organized communication to the Regional D&T teams on critical programmes of work. Liaise and partner with Digital Fuel and C-TED Leadership on key initiatives that need Business Ops support. Work alongside the FinOps team, procurement and CISO to ensure all activities are completed on time and processes and governance models are understand by the LT’s Support and manage the pull through of culture and engagement initiatives for C-TED and Digital Fuel Why You? Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 7+ years in Management Experience Experience in in AGILE and SCRUM Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with life science and/or healthcare preferred Experience / aptitude to work effectively with Matrixed, Geo-diverse (or Global), and highly Tech-Savvy teams Strong experience in successfully interfacing, clearly communicating and collaborating with Sr. Leadership through proposal development, issue solving and decision making.
