Business Optimization Manager – Hybrid

The Title Operations Business Optimization Manager will provide project management in support of applications, reporting and business operational projects.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison for IT-related projects by ensuring proper prioritization, alignment to current business strategies, appropriate resource allocation, consistent communication, accurate specifications/documentation, budgetary management, and timely delivery of end products/services Work with business partners, Reporting, IT and leadership to determine implementation plan, training and support. Monitor project budget for major Ownership and Title Operations business initiatives Assist with the documentation and implementation for standard methodologies to improve business processes within the department Manage and track project milestones; schedule and facilitate status and review meetings for team members and project sponsors Liaise with 3rd party vendors for delivery of systems according to project plan Manage project review meetings with various business partners/departments to evaluate statuses, establish and ensure completion dates Assist with the financial analysis and ROI data on projects, develop and maintain consistent reporting for project financing and expenditures Work closely with Site leaders to evaluate business processes to improve individual and group performance Knowledge of workforce management, process improvement, business unit operations, and reporting and analysis Review business requirements into technical solutions, participants in issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance Work with management to provide cost benefit analysis and negotiates scopes, budgets, and schedules Actively work with other Ownership and Title Operations teams to identify the current and emerging reporting needs of those teams. Maintain proficiency in and assist with closing costs Own the budget process, including annual budget planning, monthly review of the departmental P&L, and monthly forecasting. Responsible for oversight of title licenses audits and requirements to ensure annual compliance
