About the Role:
The Business Partner role under field Alliances Operations will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike MSSP partner ecosystem as well as Crowdstrike Alliances/Partner leadership team and wider Alliances/Partner team. This role will have an emphasis on managing strong Salesforce data and partner program integrity with emphasis on our partner facing processes. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability, and be the partner advocate.
What You'll Do:
Partnering with MSSP Partner Leaders and their teams with emphasis to assist with Channel strategy with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan.Continuous enablement of wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure seamless execution of partner related processes and initiatives.Managing day-to-day operational tasks to support MSP Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.Understanding and interpreting data and ability to prepare metrics and KPIs that are shared with management on a regular basis.Managing partner onboarding and compliance support. Assisting with complex contractual cases. Ensuring all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged. Regional deal support. Advising on process enhancements and liaising with IT, capability and GTM teams. Participating in QBRs to ensure processes are aligned with the needs of the business and provide recommendations for the future. Participating in the Annual Planning Process.Investigating and Resolving Commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.Instituting best practices and scalable processes, including data flow.Identifying opportunities to constantly improve and streamline processes, especially as the partnership model expands. Aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure positive user experience for our partners.Implementing new processes and process enhancements within the Americas.Delivering regular enablement sessions for wider Alliances/Partner sales teams. Onboarding of new hires. Managing knowledge transfer and training materials. Training shared services team, and acting as a point for escalation.What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years of (Partner / Channel) Operations experienceMinimum 5 years of MSSP Operations experienceStrong working knowledge of how MSPs run their businessStrong analytical background and ability to flush out anomaliesBe a self-starter, detail and process oriented, and operationally-mindedExcellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with strong business partnership experienceExpertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and TableauAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change Curious minded and willingness to constantly improve experience for our partners and internal teams Ability to optimize and prioritize tasks#LI-CL1
