Business Partner - Financial/Business Controller

The Position
As a Business Partner at Corporate Facilities, you will:

 

Drive financial business partnering for a Director or VP area in Corporate Facilities. Drive financial analyses and reporting. Drive budget processes and monthly follow-ups including year-end closing. Drive the monthly closing process and ensure high-quality accounting practices. Drive optimizations and streamline processes within cost controlling.

 

You will partner with departments in Corporate Facilities to develop and drive financial management, including financial planning, controlling, management reporting, and business partnering.

In this role you will get a deep understanding of the organisation, interact directly with senior stakeholders across Corporate Facilities, and get insights into the financial priorities in a large corporation.

 

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

Financial background with a master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. You are about to start you career or have 2-3 years of experience working with financial management, controlling, reporting, or business partnering. Strong knowledge of financial control processes and procedures. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage. Fluency in English and Danish, with excellent writing and presentation skills.

The Real Estate team is part of Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. We are a diverse and professional team of 9 colleagues, working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance, and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk. The team is located at our headquarters in Denmark, where we have a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
