Consult assigned regional leadership teams, provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans. Partner with regional leaders providing them with expert HR guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase retention. Incumbents are to maximize employee engagement and consistently improve operational results through talent acquisition and performance management.Partner with assigned leaders to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Collaborate with leaders and review/create interview guides based on the competencies identified.Assist leadership with identifying appropriate metrics to evaluate team performance.Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntarily left the company and provide feedback to leadership.Analyze trends and metrics to develop reports, solutions and training for assigned LOB and/or region.Conduct new hire manager training.Conduct fact finding investigations on complaints and provide recommendations on corrective course of action.Conduct unemployment hearings and act as employer representative to support the Company's position.Collaborate with Compensation team to determine hiring and promotional rates of pay.Partner with leaders on HCM (Human Capital Management) initiatives.Guide leaders through lawful employment practices, applicable laws (state and federal) and HR Development initiatives.Facilitate leadership training/understanding around HPWP to include HPC.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.Other duties as assignedCopy and paste URL into browser to view full description: https://knxtrans.jdxpert.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&id=6826
