We are seeking a Business Partner Manager to join our telecommunications construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing relationships with quality subcontractors and crews while expanding our partner network across local, regional, and national markets. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in our organization's growth while building meaningful partnerships within the telecommunications construction industry.

The Role

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to identify and secure new business partners across multiple geographical regionsComplete thorough evaluations of new business partners for safety performance, fleet requirements, personnel qualifications, and overall fitCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners through regular engagement and professional networkingCollaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure partner recruitment aligns with organizational objectivesDevelop market-specific recruitment plans based on operational needs and growth objectivesExecute targeted outreach campaigns using various channels including personal networks, social media, industry forums, and specialized platformsMonitor and analyze success rates of different recruitment channels and adjust strategies accordinglyCreate compelling presentations and communications to showcase our organization's value proposition to potential partnersConduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and new partnership opportunitiesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities in the partner/subcontractor spaceGuide new partners through the onboarding process to ensure successful integrationTravel to partner locations and industry events as needed (+/- 50% annually) Requirements 3+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, specifically in cable, fiber, or underground constructionProven track record of building and maintaining professional relationshipsEstablished network of industry contacts preferredExperience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is a plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using various sourcing tools and social media platforms for business developmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience with contract negotiation and partner onboarding processesStrong understanding of telecommunications construction operations and requirementsValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
