Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner RMS & ICS for group sector Automotive to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this pivotal role, you will be involved in operating and enhancing the Risk Management System (RMS) and Internal Control Systems (ICS) to support our organization in achieving strategic objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting operational risk management and internal control processes for defined areas within the automotive organization.Assisting in risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and proposing mitigation strategies for end-to-end business processes.Data analyses and preparation of detailed reports on risk management and internal control performance.Participating in and leading projects in risk management and internal control area.Implementing, operating, and further developing of the GRC Tool – Corporater, as a business key user and data analytics solution in the GRC environment.Developing and delivering training programs related to risk management system, internal control system, and GRC tool usage to enhance awareness and understanding among related stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with a strong IT backgroundMinimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as risk management or internal controls in an industrial environment preferably in the automotive sectorExperience in a business key user role, in a context of a multinational organizationIn-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant software (e.g. Power BI, KNIME, Microsoft Office Suite)Proficient project management abilities with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives, especially in IT projectsSolid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiencesFluency in EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally internationally
